Correct Phrase for Memorandum in the Subject Line

I am writing a memorandum to all businesses and government agencies requesting for sponsorship or ad placement opportunities.

I have this in the Subject Line: Sponsorship and Ad Placements but does this sound right or should it be Sponsorships and Ad Placements or just plain Sponsorship and Ad Placement. Or my original phrase is correct.

  • ie Sponsorship and Ad Placement or Sponsorships and Ad Placements Perhaps you should also consider making the subject a bit more specific, eg Request for Sponsorship and/or Ad Placement Best wishes, Clive
