Correct part of instructions?

Hi. Let's say you have a group of students playing number bingo. The important thing is that they have to say a complete sentence correctly from the list of sentences written on the board in order before giving out the number of their choice. Is each of these the correct part of the instructions? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. You have to say a complete sentence correctly each time.

2. You have to say a complete sentence correctly each time it is your turn.

3. You have to say a complete sentence correctly every time it is your turn.

4. You have to say a complete sentence correctly each time your turn comes around.

Number 3 and 4 are clearer and more complete. However, I am finding your introduction unclear, so I am not sure you are giving the students the right directions. First, what is included in the list of sentences?
