Considering the following sentecen: I train with my friends at the gym every day. Are the underlined parts correctly ordered? What about if I added the time?

The order is not so strict; the adverbials of time are more mobile than the others. All of these are fine and essentially synonymous: I train with my friends at the gym every day at 6 o'clock. I train at the gym every day at 6 o'clock with my friends.
