Correct order for listing medical titles after name

I would like to know the grammatically correct format for listing the medical degrees a person holds. For example, I have a doctor (M.D.) who is also a pharmacist (PharmD). He earned his PharmD first, then his M.D. Does it matter which order the titles appear in after his name. For example, is it proper to used Joshua Nolson, M.D., PharmD. Or should it be Joshua Nelson, PharmD, M.D. since he got his medical degree after his pharmacy degree?

It's not a matter of grammar, but one of style. With two doctorates, I don't know what it standard. You could check the membership lists of a professional organization in the field and see how they list it, or you could simply call the person's office and ask.
