I'm learning English so i'm not sure am I right or not. Could you explane me please?

The use of the tense and aspect is fine, but you need to include the pronoun again for clarity.

2. As expected, her suitcase was not so heavy/not as heavy as mine.

If you're trying to express that the suitcase was not so heavy in absolute terms, you need to use the first one. If you're trying to express that the suitcase was not as heavy as your own suitcase, you need to use the second one. Both iterations by themselves express the same quality of the suitcase, and when you put them together, it sounds awkward.

3. I know what Tracey said about you, but I'm not permitted to tell you.

There are absolutely zero issues with the grammar of this sentence. However, it's not a very casual way of speaking. "...but I can't tell you" or "...but I can't say" would be a more casual way of saying it.

4.Should you see Bertha tomorrow, give her this letter, please.

Again, there's nothing grammatically incorrect about this sentence. If this were written, it would be better to write "...tomorrow, please give her this letter." This helps with flow of the sentence.

5. I really can't stand the manager. I'd rather he quit now.

There is nothing grammatically incorrect about these two sentences, but the second sentence implies that the manager is going to do something else OTHER than quit at this moment. If this is the meaning that you wanted, that's fine.

6. Would you like to take a break? You look exhausted.

Perfectly fine.

7. All of them were interested in the result of the match.

If you fix the typo, it's perfectly fine.

8. He promised to help me if I behaved well.

Perfectly fine.

This is how the conversation would go, but if you're trying to write out two people talking to each other, then you have to do this:

"I can't speak Italian."

"Me neither."

A. "Centre" is the Commonwealth English way of spelling this word. The American version is "center". Either way is fine.

B. "...place when" is incorrect because the topic of the sentence is the location at which the action is taking place, not the time. Thus, you use "place where" instead for this sentence. If you were describing the time, you would have to use "time when".

C. "pay for" is incorrect in this context because it implies that you're buying a service or a product that you can use. The entrance fee is an obligatory payment IN ORDER to be able to get access to the service - you're not purchasing the entrance fee. You are paying the fee as in "paying a due".

12. I have everything that I need, don't I?

Perfectly fine, but you can omit "that" if you want.

13. The scientists have carried out some research on air pollution.

This is perfectly fine, but it depends on what you are trying to say. If you want to express that that they did this recently without respect to a specific time, this works. However, if you're trying to say that they performed the action AT A SPECIFIC TIME, then you need to omit "have".

This is perfectly fine.

15. I prefer speaking English to writing English.

If you add "English" after speaking, the sentence makes more sense and flows better. You could also add "in" after speaking if you wanted to for some more precision. Here are some alternatives:

"I prefer speaking rather than writing."

"I prefer speaking English over writing English."

16. Can you tell me how much you plan to spend per day? -200 dollars.

"Could" sounds better here, but otherwise there are no problems. Take into account what I wrote regarding dialogue.
