Correct or not no. 64: indifferent to or towards?

Hello there,

I'd like to ask about the word indifferent. Is it followed by to or toward(s)? What's more, I'd like to ask if the following sentence is correct or not?

IELTS examiners are supposed to be indifferent to the content of a student's answer and only focus on the language skills such as grammar and pronunciation but what if someone says he or she admires Stalin in response to the question what famous person you admire?

Thanks
