Correct or not no. 44: because after a comma and other issues

Dear Users,

1) Is the following sentence correct? Does it sound native like?
2) Is it OK to use a comma before because?
3) I'm not sure if it is used appropriately in this sentence. Is it clear what it refers to?

It's very hard to find a soul mate in the world that has billions of people so value it, because it's precious.

Thanks

'Soulmate' is more often a single word now. In addition to Avangi's suggestions, your original has misplaced punctuation. Here is my version with minimal changes to your original:

It's very hard to find a soulmate in a world that has billions of people, so value him (her?), because s/he's precious.

Thank you MM and Avangi.

MM, your sentence is exactly what I'd been looking for.

One more thing about it in the following sentence:

Friendship is hard to find in a world that has billions of people, so value it.
