Correct or not no. 31 - instant messenger file transfer

Hi there,

Most instant messengers offer an option to send files from one computer to another. Now, if the receiver wants to get the file he or she must accept the incoming file. Can I say to a receiver:

You have to accept receiving the file.

Would a native speaker say it differently?

Thanks
