Correct or not no. 30 - facilitate or facilitated

Dear Users,

Would you please be so kind and tell me if the following sentence is correct or not?

My main tasks included class preparation and delivering of instructional activities that facilitate active learning activities.

I'm wondering if I should use facilitated here. After all, the whole sentence is in the past tense. On the other hand I'm describing the general nature of instructional activities...

What's your opinion?

Thank you.
