Correct or not - can I dispatch this e-mail right away?

May I ask for your help once again? Could you please have a look at this e-mail and tell me what parts of it are wrong and non-native like? Thank you in advance!

I'm very much interested in taking a PGCE course in its international variant/variety (not sure if this expression is correct) and I was wondering if you could possibly answer some of my questions and dispel my doubts. (do you ever say dispel doubts?)
1) First of all - when does the course start? Is there only one starting date a year?
2) Is the course done fully on-line or are some classes conducted on-site? If so, is the campus only in London? I am currently employed in Shanghai.
3) What is the total cost of the course and can it be paid in installments?
4) If later in life I wanted to obtain a PGCE certificate with QTS in England, would I have to start from scratch or are some of the credits transferable?
5) I already have a BA degree in Teaching and an MA in History of English and American Literature with Teaching Qualifications in my homeland/home country (the idea here is to express the fact that I can teach in public schools in my country) Do you think that a iPGCE course would be beneficial for me in terms of my personal development and prospective career opportunities?
6) Does the iPGCE course offered by UCL come along-side with (should I put an indefinite article here?) International Baccalaurate Certificate in Teaching and Learning?
I would be very grateful if you could answer these questions at your (earliest?) convenience.
