Correct or not?

To me, there is nothing more .......than relaxing on the beach.

a. satisfactory b. satisfying

I go for "b". Is "a" OK, too?

a. satisfactory b. satisfying

I go for "b". Is "a" OK, too?

"b" is correct.

"a" is not so good. "satisfactory" is "good enough to be accepted", which is far from "excellent" and is more like "OK", so it wouldn't go well with "nothing more ... than".
