Correct or not?

Is the following sentence correct?

-Education must be lifelong.

I read that 'lifelong' is an adjective that must be used before a noun. Is this a fixed rule?

Top answer

Omar Ahmed Is this a fixed rule? Not as much as for other adjectives of the type. You can have a bosom buddy, but you can't have a buddy who is bosom.
