Correct or not?

Are the following sentences grammatically correct in British English?

This is the best book which I have ever read!

What is the problem which worries you the most?

Dessert is all which he wants.

I read that it is wrong to use 'which' in such sentences. The book says we muse use 'that' and not 'which' in such sentences.
