Correct or not?

1. Is it correct to say 'cause for' before the following words : complaint, hope, optimism, concern, alarm, and worry? For example, she has no cause for complaint.

2. Is it true that we can use both 'electric' & 'electrical' before the following words 'wire, charge, current, storm, light' without any change in meaning?
