Correct or not?

"It all cos less thank you think."
or "It all costs less than you think."
Which one is correct--can't find anything in my books or on line. Stuck. Please help.

Both are fine. One is past tense, one is present tense.



eg I know this all looks expensive. But when I bought it 10 years ago, it all cost less
