correct or not ?

PLease kindly check my translation and correct if anything is wrong :

Retirees will receive three months salary annually up to the statutory retirement age. Pensioners will then receive five months of their annual salary for the first 20 years worked, and six months for every year worked over 20.

Let’s assume that the statutory retirement age is 60 in your country. Do you mean employees who leave the company before they reach the age of 60 are called retirees and those who are 60 or above pensioners? If that is so, you've just redefined English words!
