correct ones grammatically ?
Hi teachers,
I am wondering which one of the two things in brackets below is correct.
I know without them, the sentences are better and have no problem but just for grammar practices for beginners, I need to know them.
So... would you check them once and let me know your ideas?

Perhaps one reason (why / that) people search for this lost place is that they believe it is a paradise where they can have everything they want.
