Correct? Natural?

Is "I'm taking him for a walk" correct? Is there a more natural thing to say?

Marcus angrily took the pram and walked down the driveway. His wife yelled after him, "What are you doing?". "What does it look like I'm doing? I'm taking him for a walk." Marcus responded.

Thanks in advance.
