Correct my sentences please

Person A: There are so many cats in my city.

Person B: There are definitely more where I live.

Person A: I agree. There's nowhere near as many cats as where you live.


Do all of them make sense? Does the last sentence imply the city where Person B lives has more cats than where Person A lives?
