Correct my sentences please

Dear teachers,

1. She is talking, sitting out.

2. She is talking by sitting out.

3. Before sleeping we need make some arrangements with our bed like spreading the blanket and cleaning the bed. When we are doing this, if someone asks, what are you doing? Can I say, I am making my bed or I am doing my bed. Tell me the best sentence I can use at this point of time please.
