You can say "I'm charging my phone" or "My phone is charging".

1. Is it wrong to say my phone is getting charged.

2. I am staying far from phone. So can i say, I am charging my phone, if this is wrong please tell me what should i say.

It doesn't sound right. I suppose you could say: "My phone is being charged."

This would be better: "My phone is charging." or "I'm charging my phone."
