He got hurt - focus on the process or event in which he was injured.
He was hurt - focus on his state of injury.

Incorrect.
Can you pick up the phone? = The phone is ringing. Please take the call.

3. Does/is your boyfriend angry with you. Here Can we use either one if not why.

Is your boyfriend angry with you? = Asking about the current relationship.
Does your boyfriend get angry with you? = Asking about the tendency of the boyfriend to become angry.
