please check whether my sentence is correct or not;

It needs punctuation.

Sabrina is unwell; hence she will be working from home.

I'd say 'Sabrina is unwell, so she will be working from home'.

The comma should be a semicolon and the spacing around the punctuation is incorrect in both cases.
