Correct my sentence.

Today, my friend went out in the morning, now he has already arrived.

Which one is correct ?

" I think you won't come today ? "

or

" I thought you won't come today ?"

or

" I've thought that you won't come today ?"

If the situation was like this : He has just arrived right now ( just get out of taxi ) ,and I go to talk to him immediately.

Can I use this in that situation :

" I've thought that you wouldn't come today "
