Correct my sentece please.

Hi teachers,

1. If there are any suggestion that you would like to give please give me.

Are there any grammar mistakes in the sentence above. Is that sentence polite to use, If not please do suggest me the best sentence.

2. Are there any grammar mistakes in the sentence above or Are there any grammar mistakes in the above sentence? Which one is correct in these.

As it stands, it is incorrect and wordy.

I'd say something like:

Do you have any suggestions?

Or:

I'd like to hear your suggestions on / for...

They used to sound weird to me, too. But I've learned to accept them as adjectives.
