Correct my mistakes and writing style

Hi teachers! Please help me correct my mistakes and writing style. Thank you in advance! (My teacher required a short passaage)
Most high level jobs are done by men. Personally, I think the government should pace the way for women to prove themselves. First, women are better than men at human management. It is because women master their sentiments well which influences on communicating. Second, women work hard. They are underrated due to them being not intelligent as men. Despite this, it's certain how careful and diligent they are on working. Last but not least, we are living in a gender equal society so why not give women more chances to see how much they could bring to this world? We all know the brilliant Germany president Angela Merkel and her admirable achievements. In short, the gornvement should encourage certain percentage of the high level jobs to be reserved for women.
