How are you? It's a pleasure for us to accommodate you in Viet Sunny hotel. I do hope that everything is fine with you after the trip. I am writing to ask for your kind support to our business by giving a positive good back about our hotel. Your praise to our hotel is a valueable contribution and a good encouragement for us to strive continueosly for good service. We will use your feedback as a reference for other tourists coming to hanoi.
