correct my letter

Dear forum visitors,

I find this forum very useful for my IELTS preparation. My special thanks go to nona the brit whose valuable advices will, for sure, have a positive impact on my letter writing.
I hope this help will continue. With this in mind, I am now posting a new letter for you to correct.
(I’ve got some unfinished letters as a result of my home exercises. I can’t complete them because every letter has a point where I’d just run out of ideas.)

This task goes like - Complain about poor hotel service and accommodation, ask for reimbursement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concern about the level of service and accommodation at your hotel.
We decided on your resort facilities after we had read an advertisement in 'Sunday Times' on May 12th. It described picturesquely beautiful amenities that were available such as clean beaches, efficient room service, and decent accomodation.
Unfortunately, your hotel failed to live up to the advertisement promises.
On arrival, the accommodation had not been cleaned, the refrigerator was not working and there was no hot water.
It was supposed to be quiet but, in fact, it was rather noisy. Spacious rooms seemed rather small and with insufficient air condition.The clean beaches turned out to be wasted with aluminium cans and plastic bags.

Brrrrrrrr – terrible, isn’t it? I want action over this disaster. How could I express it in my letter?
(Please, correct grammar if possible.)
