3. They are keeping their daughter name as Jessica.

4. Who is/are sitting front/forward.

1.They are naming/ have named their daughter as Jessica. Can we add as here in this sentence or its grammatically wrong.

I think it is not necessary.
It is just like this:
I call him the hero (not as the hero)
