Wow, you're big. lol I was considering of adding oats and perhaps eggs into my diets. I often eat Ezekiel bread. I usually eat about 12 slices a day, so I get about 180g+ carbohydrate from breads. And I eat a lot of salads, so I get a total of 250g carbsohydrate, but I need more. I'm aiming for 300g-350g carbs. I've been feeling lazy this days!
