Correct my expression and Grammar

My English is very bad... Please help my report.

Our main topic for the discussion is the ‘Chabeol’. ‘Chabeol’ means particular form of a conglomerate in Korea. In current Korean society, their obligation as their social status(Noblesse Oblige) is hot potato. I think this controversy appeared because of Korean society's main paradigm changes, from growth to distribution. Some conservatives say, because Korea has capitalistic economy ‘Chabeol’ don't have to return some of their profits to society. On the other hand progressives think ‘Chabeol’ should distribute their gain and if they are not, government have to compulsorily order companies to fulfill their responsibility. But regulating ‘Chabeol' can impede overall efficiency. Considering this fact, how the government have to do is our question.
One of our classmates said intervention of government is unnecessary. Because consumer can choice the ethical company, this can modify enterprises attitude naturally. In other words Company will implement their duty to increase their intersest by appealing their nice image. It seemed that she had hostile to the idea of restricting company's freedom.
In my opinion, regardless of our economic system, enforcing 'Chabeol' to do their social duty is necessary. Recent Korean society is filled with despair and hatred. These are caused by unfair distribution. Of course nowadays Korean don't starve, but relative poverty is worsen. As a result it makes citizens happiness decline. And in aspect of economy, Conglomerate's financial monopolize makes people miserable and decrease the will to work. Finally it cause overall inefficiency. Fortunately our new government emphasize the 'Democratize Economy'. I wish they keep their promise to the public.
