Firstly, When Vietnam entry WTO, the need of IT professional’s human resources grows rapidly and there is a shortage of high-grade young professionals to develop software technology in 00. According to 010200 works website- the largest website provides or supply employees of many kinds of job to employers, there is an increase from 30 to 40% in recruiting workers in many kinds of job in 2009, especially in Information Technology’s area about 12%- the biggest number of all kinds of job’s number. If you are good student in IT subject, you can get a good job easily. Furthermore, the salary to pay for software programming job in IT filed is higher than other jobs. The starting point salary for newcomers is approximately from 3 millions to 4,5 millions Vietnamese dong, about 200 to 300 USD- is an idea salary for young people nowadays. 02br02br02br00In order to achieve my goal, one must be able to be interested in Computing. The truth is you can’t spend many hours in front of computer to write codes, research on the internet and read many computing technical documents in English everyday if you don’t love your job. 00Now, as for the final paragraph, you start with "my" but switch to "one." Pick one person (I/me/my or a person/one/he/she) and stick with it. You need an article before computer, or you need to make it plural. Since you use "they" afterwards you should probably make it plural. 02br

For the most of the students that I have known since I began college, reading and writing have always been the most challenged subjects to pass. However, the writing course has been the hardest one. Every student has encountered its own difficulty with this subject, but in different level.

My first personal writing experience began in a writing class which I attended to Miami Dade about 7 years ago that was so humiliated and terrified. When I started, I was enrolled in about 3 classes but one of the class was a pre-requisite course which was the writing. I never liked this subject, I was so nervous and worried about how am I going to pass the class. The professor stood in front of the class board and wrote an assignment with a topic to develop an essay, I looked at the professor and stunned. In my mind I was saying to myself (..what in the world this lady is talking about..), I had no idea neither any knowledge about writing a narrative essay. Instead, I sat quietly and pondered about what or how was I going to start the introduction. Suddenly, I looked around and saw some of the students began their writing skills then I said to myself, I definitely can not do it. I decided to wait until class was over to walked toward the office and dropped the course.

Sure enough, I did walk away and never return to my fear. I was never interesting in reading nor writing, sometimes I tried to get myself in the mood for reading a book that is in my interest. But once I picked one and automatically my mind goes blank and I began to fall asleep.

For the most part, I was never inspired to write neither felt the desire to learn it. But a year ago, after observing the economy doing enormously bad, most of the population are loosing their jobs. Observing this catastrophe, I convinced myself to go back to school with the willingness to face the fear of learning the writing skills and become a great writer. I conclude that writing is a part of language, also the most important subject in education. without the skill, there is no way out of a profession.

In high school I was never an academic bad boy, I was never in trouble because I knew the consequences that came with being in trouble. As they stated in the text “According to quantitative reports, black pupils are statistically two to five times more likely to be suspended than their white counterparts”. Which I believe is true, I attended a dominant white kids school but there were still a lot of blacks, you saw more black kids being suspended or arrested due numerous of factors, such as fighting, dress code and not following rules. The text believed the truth was “On one level, researchers widely recognize that teachers frequently approach classes populated by low-income and African American youths with a strong emphasis on controlling student behaviors”. I had a friend name john that was in my class that wasn’t so good in behavior; he was a low income household child, which I would say he was an academic bad boy. He was always late for school, he did know work in class and he had a very bad attitude but he was very good at sports. Teachers saw potential in him he just didn’t show it. Teachers tried to help him he just never took the help, he was a very smart kid, you could see it in him it was just something that was holding him back from being the best he could be as a student. One day he was fighting and it got very bad both of the boys where black and they both got arrested for their actions that day. They were sent to ombudsmen (a school for students that couldn’t get it together in normal school, for all the bad kids) and he didn’t get to play sports anymore due to that event. I don’t know how john is doing know but now he is finishing high school now and is trying to get his high school diploma.

I’ve always wanted to be a chef and own a restaurant, so I thought my school culinary art class would help figure out what niche would be best for me. I found out a chef career you must go to school, their difference types of chefs and difference types of restaurant. In five years, I see myself completing college, still work at ford motor company, and doing a lot of different types of internships. In ten years see myself having a family and owning my own restaurant. I have one person who will be supporting be through school is my grandma. She supports me doing anything and she always told me that you can always follow your dream. To never say you can’t accomplish your dream. I work forty hours a week and ten period seven hours’ day. The way for me to complete school and my class must follow a schedule. I have family, friend, co-workers, other student, faculty and counselor as very good support system while I am in school. I want show to all my family that someone in this family can earn a college degree. To show my sisters and brother that education is very important. You can’t get nowhere without an education. That it’s always good to be better than your parents did. I host a teacher appreciation me and student cook dinner for teacher in high school. I help volunteer with my job passing out food to shelter and help host an employee appreciation lunch for the co-worker at work.
