Do you agree or disagree with the following statement ? Some people place a high value to the employer. To others, it is perfectly acceptable to change jobs every few years to build a career. ________________________________________________
People who place a high value on loyalty to the employer are in countries like India and Gulf, have a family's relationship, while in other countries like Europe and U.S, the employer prefers to change jobs every few years. In the culture, where the employer has a high value of lyoalty, gets to know the company over the years and reationship between the employer and employees became like a family relationship . The only problem with this system is that the employer stays at one job forever. On the other hand, where people like to change jobs every few years. They gain experience from attedning different jobs, they also move to another job for high position and rise. The only negtive side is that the employer tends to move a lot. In my opinion, both systems have advatages and disadvantages . But it is good to change jobs every few years, because the employer gets to explore more and makes realtions with other companies.
