Correct my essay pleas

Education comes not from books but from practical experience.

As a person who recently graduate, I see reading is not sufficient neither practical experience. Both are significantly recommended in order to create an educate individual .
In college I used to read a lot of books based on my field that is computer science but never try to work on them practically. However, I had a job interview a few weeks ago that a group of individuals whom are expert in my field asked me to work on computer to connect between two tables as they want to see me if I can make it right. But to tell the truth, I was not able to do it, I even forgot the information due to lack of experience and practice.
In my opinion, book works as a guide to people, in other words, lead them and give them the right direction. It never act as magic once you read all the information will come directly to our brain and that we will be able to know everything based on that. As an example, the doctor can not treat patients perfectly or make a surgery without practice and experience. That goes to many field, such as, teachers, IT employees...etc.
As for practical experience, it has always acted as the main role in order to keep the information that we learn from fading away, and to avoid creating the same mistakes over and over .
Reading books is good for a person to learn and expand our knowledge. Nevertheless, it is not sufficient.
