Correct my english

With out my I am not enjoy.yesterday i went market,i bought some vegetables,but it is not good.All the vegetables are very castly.I want speak english in the office,but i can't speak very well ,beacuse i feel very sine,but every body speaks are very good.i am speaking,not more only little.i feel my english is correct or not.
