I want to write an email to reliance people about the problem that I am facing please help me in writing an email. If there are any grammar or sentence mistakes in the below email please do correct it and if there are any suggestion that you would like to give please give me.

Hi,

My device number is 123. I have been using reliance netconnect plus device for more than 10 months I guess. I have been facing wrongly downgraded speed problems a lot. You have been downgrading my internet speed from netconnect plus speed to 1x speed. I raised many complaints regarding this. Again now its been downgraded to 1x speed. I am completely fed up of this problem. Please do solve this problem as soon as possible.
