00Obviously, it is necessary to study diet of these small fishes to understand their potential role as a functional group in the trophodynamics of a coral reef ecosystem.02br
00There are very many methods of studying of fish feeding. But specialists can’t decide which method is better. In our opinion the most effective measures are numerical and qualitative analysis of contents of their digestive tract. 02br
00The difficulties involved with accurately sampling and identifying small fishes and contents of their intestine explain the insufficient knowledge of their feeding. These contents are usually presented by remains of small crustaceans and other invertebrates. It is very difficult to determinate them, because they are half-digested."02br
