Correct mistakes in my request letter...

I have to write request letter to my employer re my empolyment details like follows, any one please correct mistakes in below latter asap.

I am in the process of applying my wife’s visa (spouse visa).So I need to submit my employment details with my wife’s visa application (spouse visa application).

I would like to request a document / letter with following details;

1. My Employment details.

2. Annual Salary details.

3. Any extra payment details (Super).

4. Type of Employment (Full time).



I would be greatful if you arrange this letter before
