Currently Mr.Joe carries out his activities in Exo Holding Company. His present activities are dry bulk ship management , Roro Management between France and Italy, port management in Germany and Italy, energy, tourism and construction

The company is a shipping company for the purposes of Merchant Shipping Act,Cap 150

There is no part or present legal proceedings against neither the company nor the directors ( Mr.Joe,Mr.X, Mr Z and Mr.Y)
