Correct me please :)

When it comes to young minds, picking up a second language is not that big of challenge for them as it is for adults.

Do i get[Y] or[N]? Emotion: stick out tongue

I guess people may understand what you meant but it doesn't sound natural at all. Logically, adult will have a much more difficult time learning, or young kids usually have an easier time. And I prefer not to use "challenge" to to convey the point.
