I will distribute USD 1000 out of which i had already being distributed USD 500

I will distribute USD 1000 out of which i was already being distributed USD 500

which one is correct, please correct me

Can we use two tenses in a same paragraph?
Secondly, if i have to connect future tense with past tense should i have to use conjunction between them. like you did in my example?
