Correct in politeness

A purchasing order need to be approved by three managers, so I write email to request the relevant manger to sign the order. I would be grateful if you could help me to correct the following email in politeness.

Dear Technical Manager

Referring to the attached memo ref.: ABC/06 dated 1 Jan 05 regarding the following purchasing order of building shall be endorsed by Technical Manager.

Order No. Building Description

WER-01 XYZ Buy a heater

Gratefully, please sign the captioned order of building for endorsement if no further comments have been made.

Enclose herein the order file for your information and the original copy of order will be sent to your office.
