I didn't like the behaviours of the reception stuff when we come to the hotel. He was not polite. He wanted to charge 100 euro cash for the room. I said I already made pre-authorisation with my credit card when I booked the room. "Access denied" he replied. "Do you know why" I said. He responded "Good question" It was really ridiculous. Although pre-authorisation has completed when he tried again at the front desk with my credit card he charged 100 euro for my room as a guarantee. We were staying with friends at the hotel and procedure was all the same for them too.
