Correct grammar usage

I just wanted to let you know that I have called the developers from Greenville regarding the deal that was made between you and the guys from XXX.-> Also, I have contacted Mr. XXX who said that he (along with the finances' team) are responsible for paying your lot regularly, and they will continue to do so as your deal is still on. Therefore, please disregard my previous email where I stated that you had a pending balance. <-

Could anyone of you tell me if there's anything wrong with this letter?

It's quite an informal style, if that's what you want to achieve. Even so, the use of 'your lot' is very informal, probably better to replace with 'your team' or 'your people'.
