Correct Grammar Usage

Hello,

I would like to know what is the correct way to say....

"They will check their schedules." OR

"They will check their schedule."

Will schedule be plural or singular for this question?

Also, which way is correct? for example...

"The date and time works for Bob and I." OR "The date and time works for Bob and me?"

Please advise.

Thank you!
