correct grammar please

We wonder why you have not responded to our contact for the past several weeks, but we still believe that you retain interest in our joint project to monitor commercial and industrial establishments about water pollution and provide remedial solution using Micro Bio, highly effective and quick working device developed in Japan. Perhaps we can meet and sit down to talk again about the terms and conditions of our joint undertaking so that both parties would be able to reach a win-win compromise. As you know, this is a very lucrative business venture and quite significant in the sense that you will make a sizable contribution to the improvement of water-way environment in this country. We are ready to reconsider our previous offer and bring up a new proposal if necessary. In our next meeting, I would personally like to attend and hope to assist you in understanding better of this promising project. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you and best regards.
