Correct grammar for business comms

Hello,

I am a small business owner looking to begin a comms plan.

When I am writing an article or a press release should I use the term has or have?
(assuming my company name is TechCom)

For instance, if I have created a new technology -

TechCom has created a new technology
TechCom have created a new technology

If I'm hiring a new member of staff

TechCom has employed a new manager
TechCom have employed a new mananger

I'd like to finally figure out which is the correct term to use. Can anyone help?

Thanks
