Correct grammar

I sometimes take the train to Burton station - maybe once every two weeks. As you know, the oppressive concrete monstrosity that was once visited by me and John has been transformed into a light and modern masterpiece! The train station is second to London (I think) in terms of passenger numbers, but I have concern as to whether the station can support an increase in passenger numbers as predicted into 2030. My only complaint is that the platforms have had barely little renovation, and can become overcrowded - a stark juxtaposition between the concourse I find. However, a train leaves the station every 50 seconds, or so I heard, so the logistics of rebuilding the platforms may be too complicated - or there is simply a lack of funding perhaps?
