Do we say,

(1) A: Why don't you attend my birthday party?
(2) Would you go to my birthday party?
(3) Can you come to my home tonight?
(4) Can you come to my birthday party?
(5) You can come to my birthday party?
(6) What do you need to do when you go home?

B: I need to help my mother to clean the house tonight.

P/s: Should B answers "Yes or No" first before giving the reason?
