Replying to the first question, I think it'll sound better and right if it was 'It is made to be user-friendly"..

As for the second question, I'll have to go with option C because usually (not always, though) adjectives come before the nouns/pronouns they describe..

Hello, Anjelo-- and welcome to English Forums.

Try to keep in mind that this is not a quiz show, will you? There are no prizes.

Thanks for the welcoming..

Don't worry.. This isn't my first time on a forum, I know it's not a quiz show..

I was simply answering the two questions above, and stating my opinion..

We can have different opinions, can't we?

We certainly can-- but this is not an 'opinion' site. It is a place for students to get reliable answers to their questions about the language. So for instance, since you differ, maybe you could explain why 'Hann' is more properly a noun or pronoun in this bit of advertising text.

Certainly..

The option I went with was:

"We'd like to make your trip easier with our brand-new super light luggage line, Hann."

For one, the "H" in "Hann" is capitalized, meaning it's a proper noun, most probably a name..

For two, there's a comma between "luggage line" and "Hann".. I'm sure you heard of appositive phrases..

Only B is incorrect, but C is a poor choice because this is an advertisment-- the brand name is already a part of the context, and it is the new line that is to be stressed. Emphasis occurs at the end of an English sentence. You have a good understanding of grammar (e.g, you can recognize 'Hann' as a brand name), but you are uncomfortable with nouns becoming adjectives, as it should here

Thanks for the explanation..

So "Hann" could either be the main brand name, or it could be the name of the new luggage line, a sub-brand name, if you will..

Oh, it is the main brand name, Anjelo (though I don't shop enough to know whether it's fictional or real!)-- but what the writer is advertising is the new line that Hann has produced. 'Hann' is not grammatically important because the reader (the customer) is already acquainted with that 'famous' brand. What is being stressed, being advertised, is the new line, the new set of Hann products-- that

But the possibility of 'Hann' being the product name rather than the brand name still exists..

Like you said: "because the reader (the customer) is already acquainted with that 'famous' brand."

Maybe the name of the brand was already cancelled out of the sentence (or mentioned in a pervious sentence) since the reader is already acquained with the famous brand..
